Enterprise Support Programs can include the following systems coverage, along with Help Desk, Infrastructure Admin, and Network Monitoring:

 

Full Coverage

This coverage includes the parts and technical services required to troubleshoot, repair, and restore failed systems. This would include the failed systems' associated operating systems and configurations.

Parts and equipment can be maintained in BMC locations to replace failed systems. Technical services are provided for operating systems like OS/400, Microsoft NT, Citrix, and Novell, and for business systems like messaging.

 

Network Engineering Coverage

This coverage provides all of the features of Full Coverage (including operating systems like OS/400, Microsoft NT, Citrix, and Novell, and for business systems like messaging) less parts and replacements.

Parts can be provided at BMC's standard pricing and on a best-availability basis.
